You can’t eat it if it’s not there. I’m not saying you should throw away everything in your pantry that contains sugar. There’s nothing wrong with indulging in a few chocolate chip cookies from time to time. However, if your kitchen contains a lot of junk food you might want to think about removing those items and maybe donating them to a homeless shelter. You’re trying to clean up your eating, right? The only way you can do that is by getting rid of the temptation.
