Quick Breakfast Burrito

Breakfast Burritos are a delicious breakfast meal and can are much better when homemade compared to the ones you get at most fast food chains. If you put some care into making it, it will fill you up much more than what you get for your buck.

Get a small tortilla, cook up scrambled eggs, and chop up some red and green peppers. You can have any ingredients you want in this meal, bacon, sausage, ham it all depends on what you’re feeling that morning and how much time you have. Then sprinkle a bit of cheese on, wrap the tortilla up, and you’re done!

Give yourself a colorful side of fresh fruit if you want the whole shebang. If not, then you’ll be ecstatic to know that even if you are beginning to run late, you can carry your burrito out with you in a flash.

Yogurt

With this, you don’t even have to make anything, just put the ingredients together. Whatever toppings you’re feeling is what you need, whether it’s fruit, nuts, oats, anything you’re in the mood for is what can be used; and what you have available of course.

The best yogurt to use for a base is plain, Greek yogurt, it’s the healthiest version too.

You can even put this meal into a cup in order to make it an on-the-go breakfast!

Greek Yogurt Bark

Bark is one of those delicious dessert-like foods that you would almost feel guilty about eating if it wasn’t so tasty.

Again, this is another dish you will want to prepare the day before so you can just dig in as soon as you wake up in the morning. Put your bark together with plain greek yogurt, granola, maple syrup, and fruit such as strawberries or blueberries.

Mix the yogurt and syrup then spread it out onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, make sure the mix is a thin layer so that your bark isn’t too thick. Then dash on the toppings that you want; fruit, nuts, granola whatever you wish.

Cover the bark and then freeze it overnight, the next morning you slice yourself a couple of pieces to go and voilà, your breakfast is ready to eat.

Oatmeal

Another breakfast that is decently quick to make, and can be seriously healthy depending on what you put with it. Topping it with fruit and honey is a tasty and sweet option that will fill you up while also being delicious enough to where you won’t mind having it on more than one occasion.

Banana Toast

Another quick breakfast option that only requires a toaster or oven and some fruit and other toppings of your choice.

Cut up a banana and place the slices onto the toast, you can layer the toast with peanut butter with an extra flavorful boost if you wish, or you can top the banana slices with chia seeds if you wish. You can make a variety of flavors with this filling meal with little to no thought at all, so you don’t have to worry about spending too much time on it.

Use any kind of fruit you want whether it be a banana, strawberries, or peach slices.
